Sales Representative - TELUS

Maximum Mobility is an authorized TELUS/KOODO dealership, independently owned and operated for over 20 years with 6 locations in Edmonton and surrounding communities. We are looking for sales professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills who are passionate about the telecommunications industry and its growing future.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding client experience to all instore, outbound, and/or virtual clients.
  • Selling and promotion of TELUS/KOODO products and services.
  • Determining needs of our business and consumer clients, and matching TELUS/KOODO products and services to meet those needs.
  • Ensuring our clients receive exceptional in store and after sales service by helping clients get the most from their device, accessories and services.
  • Store merchandising and operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-2 years sales experience with a strong client service background
  • Commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for telecommunication industry and passion for growth
  • Understanding of marketing and sales practices is an asset
  • Telecom industry sales experience is preferable.
